Video Problems in Community Tent
If your video keeps on crashing or your video quality is too low, then here’s what you need to do to tackle this problem.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure your browser and OS are up to date.
- Restart your device.
- Refresh the browser page.
- Make sure your camera is working.
If the above-mentioned fixes do not work, then here are other ways you should try to resolve potential video problems.
Browser Permissions
To use the Community Tent you need to grant video and audio permission within your browser. This guide provides information on how to do this in the supported browsers.
Audio Problems in Community Tent
If your audio is not working then here’s are some steps to try and solve this problem.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure your browser, and OS are up to date.
- Restart your device.
- Restart your application.
Check audio settings
Be sure to select the correct audio outlet on your Community Table settings. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do the same.
- Step 1: Open a Table and start a video call.
- Step 2: Click on the “Up” icon on the Mute/Unmute button.
- Step 3: Hover over any avalibale Speaker and press “Test”.
- Step 4: Select the microphone and speakers you require.
